The Desert Oasis Retreat Membership card is our personal business platform, where the Guest Relations Department interacts with the guests.

 

Guests can store their points received through stays in our hotel. Every 1$ spent is the equivalent of 20 points in the DOR Membership card. Guests can convert their points in upgrades, meals or even complimentary stays. 
 

Since guest experience is of paramount importance at the Desert Oasis Retreat, we strive to make a difference in our loyal customers' life. Each new member receives a free session of Cactus Planting in our specially designed garden. After check-out guests can follow live the growing process of their cacti and even receive personal notifications about their status.
